For the first time I felt it within me, coursing through my veins, merging in my mind. It became me and I, it. I gained its sight and its hunger. In me, it gained a vessel. It was no longer the voice swirling around my ears. Whenever I look into a mirror, now, I see us as one, me with the Darkness behind my eyes.
