Don’t Kill Me (2021) is an Italian horror film that follows Mirta, who dies from a drug overdose. Soon she rises again, and her new life begins. What I say next has no bearing on the movie but needs to be discussed (I hope briefly). The voice actors are horrible, especially the male characters. They were like robots with no emotion. Now back to the movie.
I enjoyed this film. It was weird and dark, and I felt empathy for Mirta when she came back to life. As the story progresses, she finds out more about the abilities and needs she acquired. She’s like a zombie, and electricity is her Kryptonite.
Don’t Kill Me is a badass twist to the zombie genre, and I recommend you see it if you haven’t already. I gave it 4 out of 5 Stars.
